Returns, Refunds & Cancellations — Ree & Joyce

We want your shopping experience at Ree & Joyce to be smooth and worry-free. Please take a moment to read through this policy before completing your purchase. Placing an order means you accept the terms described here.


1. How Long Do I Have to Return Something? You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to submit a return request.


2. What Can Be Returned? We accept returns on items that meet all of the following:

  • Never been worn or used
  • Still in the same condition as when you received it
  • Original tags and packaging still attached
  • Return requested within the 30-day window
  • Return has been approved by our team before shipping

Trying something on to check the fit is completely fine. However, if we notice signs of actual wear, washing, or damage, we may reduce the refund amount accordingly.


3. What Cannot Be Returned? The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Any item where the hygiene seal has been broken
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items that were misused or damaged by the customer
  • Underwear, shapewear, and bras once the hygiene seal is removed

4. Who Pays for Return Shipping? All returns travel back to our warehouse in Asia. As the customer, you are responsible for:

  • The full cost of return shipping
  • Choosing a carrier that handles international customs
  • Any import duties, taxes, or fees at the destination
  • Making sure all customs paperwork is filled out correctly

Please note that Ree & Joyce cannot be held responsible if your return gets delayed, rejected, or lost because of customs complications or an incompatible shipping method.

Restocking Fee A restocking fee of 15% is deducted from all approved refunds. This covers the cost of receiving, inspecting, and processing returned inventory.

This fee also applies when:

  • A package is sent back unopened
  • Delivery was refused at the door
  • A parcel was never collected and returned to us automatically

When is the fee waived? If your item arrived damaged or was incorrect, we will review your case individually and may waive the fee entirely.


5. Where Do I Send My Return? Do not ship anything back until you have heard from us. Our team will provide you with the correct return address after your request is approved. Packages sent elsewhere cannot be accepted or processed.


6. How Do I Start a Return? Send an email to info@reejoyce.com and include the following:

  • Your order number
  • Which item(s) you want to return
  • Why you want to return them
  • Photos of the item (required if damaged or wrong item received)
  • Your full name and delivery address

We will get back to you with next steps within 24 business hours, Monday through Friday.


7. Can I Cancel My Order? Yes, but only within 30 minutes of placing it. After that point, your order will already be in processing and a cancellation is no longer possible. If your order has already been delivered, you can follow the return process instead.


8. When and How Will I Get My Refund? After we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether it has been approved. If approved:

  • The refund goes back to your original payment method
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for it to show up, depending on your bank

Keep in mind that the 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund where applicable. Your original shipping costs will not be refunded, and any insured shipping you selected at checkout is also non-refundable.


9. What Happens to My Discount If I Return Part of My Order? If you used a bundle discount, Stack & Save deal, or any buy-more-save-more promotion and then return some of the items, your discount will be recalculated.

We look at what you actually kept, not what you originally ordered. If keeping fewer items means you no longer qualify for the original discount, the promotion will be removed and your refund adjusted to reflect that.

The 15% restocking fee may still apply, and return shipping remains your responsibility.


10. Store Credit We may offer store credit in select situations at our own discretion. Store credit cannot be converted to cash and can be issued a maximum of once per order.


11. What If My Package Couldn't Be Delivered? If your order bounced back to us because the address you entered was incomplete or incorrect, we have two options depending on the situation:

  • We reship once we receive the parcel back and confirm the right address with you, or
  • We offer store credit as a goodwill gesture

If the returned items show signs of damage or are no longer in original condition, the refund or credit amount may be reduced.


12. Changes to This Policy We may update this policy at any time without prior notice. The version published on our website at the time of your order is the one that applies.
