Shipping Policy — Ree & Joyce

We believe in keeping things simple and straightforward when it comes to getting your order to your door. Here is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping at Ree & Joyce.


1. Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States only. We are unable to process orders from outside the US at this time.


2. Getting Your Address Right Your order will be sent to the address you enter during checkout. Please double-check that everything is accurate and complete before placing your order. Incomplete or incorrect addresses can result in delays, delivery failures, or packages being sent back to us. Ree & Joyce cannot be held responsible for delivery problems that stem from incorrect information entered at checkout.


3. Order Processing We process all orders within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will be picked up on the next available working day.

4. Shipping Time After your order has been processed and handed over to our logistics partner, you can expect delivery within:

8 to 13 business days (Monday through Friday)

Delivery times can occasionally be affected by:

  • Public holidays
  • Increased order volumes during sales events

5. Total Estimated Delivery Time Here is a quick overview of the full timeline from order to doorstep:

  • Processing: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping: 7–10 business days
  • Total estimated time: 8–13 business days from purchase

These are estimates and may shift slightly due to factors outside our control. Our team keeps a close eye on all outgoing shipments.


6. Shipping Costs We offer free shipping on every order. No hidden fees, no handling charges — what you see at checkout is what you pay.


7. Payment Methods All transactions on our website are secured with SSL encryption. We accept the following payment methods:

Payments are processed through certified and secure payment providers.


8. Tracking Your Order As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way. You can also check your order status through your customer account if you have one.

Please keep in mind that tracking information can take 3 to 8 business days to show up after dispatch, depending on the carrier and where your package is in transit.


9. Delivery Issues or Wrong Address If your package cannot be delivered because of an address problem, it will typically be returned to our logistics center. When that happens we will get in touch with you to sort out the correct details and arrange a redelivery or find another suitable solution. Please note that repeated failed delivery attempts may result in additional shipping charges.


10. When Is Delivery Considered Complete? Once the carrier marks your order as delivered, we consider the delivery finalized. If you believe your package has gone missing or was delivered to the wrong location, please reach out to us right away. We will work with the carrier to open an investigation on your behalf.
